Terms and Conditions 

When you use our website you are accepting our terms and conditions in full. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Prices of our goods are inclusive of all taxes but do not include postage and packing. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders and services to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order, we will issue you a full refund immediately.

What if I need to change my order?

We cannot make amendments once orders have been received and paid for. Please see Cancellation, Refunds and Returns for further details.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

If you have entered the wrong address during the checkout process, you should contact our customer services immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to deliver your order to the correct address. We will be unable to make changes to the delivery address if the order has already been despatched.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout. Any loss incurred by incorrect addresses financial or otherwise will be your responsibility unless there has been negligence on our part.

How long will it take to despatch my order?

Standard Delivery

Unless otherwise specified on the website, orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days of your cleared payment being received. This is not an express service and orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Express Delivery

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday can be sent using an express delivery service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent out the next working day. Deliveries can take 1-2 working days to arrive.

How will my goods be delivered?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from 9:00-5:00pm. All items are delivered by postal or courier service. We use Royal Mail, APC or DPD to deliver your orders. When we despatch your order it will be marked as completed. Please allow sufficient time for your goods to arrive.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order you can return items unopened, unused and in their original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery. If you wish to return any item, please contact us in the first instance [email protected].

If you return items for reasons other than defective goods, incomplete or incorrect orders, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the items and any postage costs will not be refunded. You should retain proof of postage to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. If you require a refund we will refund the price you paid minus the original postage charges within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund to the payment card or payment method used to purchase the goods.

If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us. We reserve the right to withhold payment of any refund. We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In these circumstances, we will contact you and may offer you a reduced refund amount. 

This policy only applies to purchases made through our website and does not apply to purchases made through other retail outlets or through our partnered stockists.

Please note we do not accept returns of sale or personalised items.

Hampers that contain Alcohol.

If your order contains alcohol, both you and the recipient must be over 18yrs old. More advice can be found at www.drinkaware.co.uk. By ticking the tick to confirm you are over 18 box on all products that contain alcohol you are verifying that are over 18 years old and agree with the following: Section 10.67 of the Statutory Guidance of the Licensing Act requires distance sellers to operate an age verification policy in relation to remote sales. It stipulates that ‘Companies that sell alcohol remotely (e.g. online or by mail order) should operate an age verification policy, but as the sale of alcohol does not ordinarily take place on deliver, the condition does not in such cases require photo ID to be shown at the point of delivery. As long as age verification has taken place already via another means, these transactions will meet the requirement of the condition’. 

Changes to contents of Hamper.

We may from time to time change the contents of your hamper of gift slightly depending on current stock levels. Any substitutions of this kind may happen automatically and without notice although we will endeavour to notify you in advance of any substitutions.
